Use designated makeup removers and avoid using house towels for makeup
Do not take house towels to the beach

Absolutely incredible place! Photos do not do it justice. Beautiful view in the best location in Split. I have also never had a better host than Karlo who assisted in coordinating a gym pass, airport pick up and drop off and all his recommendations were a hit. This flat exceeded our expectations! Walkable to Old Split, beaches, parks, ferry, bus & Marjan Hill. The views and atmosphere were ideal. Our host was extremely accommodating for our needs. My 17 & 20 year old asked when we could come back! They said they were so comfortable here and it felt like home but with better views! The apartment is very close to ACI Marina, Sustipan park, and a swimming spot. It’s on the fourth floor and you have to be able to walk the stairs because there is no elevator. On the ground floor of the building there is Gelateria Italiana Cristallo for coffee, home made pies and ice cream (perfect place to end your day before you go upstairs to find your bed). With both bedrooms and the living room having an air conditioner the inside temperature is always like you want.

Walking to the city center only takes 15 minutes and is alongside the boulevard “Riva”. In the center you find plenty of nice restaurants, also some very good vega(n)!
