Stay in a newly renovated three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Split with one of the city's best views. Overlooking the Riva promenade, Split port, and Diocletian's Palace, this is the kind of view you'll remember long after your trip ends.

Location

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic building, right in the centre of Split. Restaurants, cafés, shops, Diocletian's Palace, the waterfront, and the city's main attractions are all just a short walk away.

The Apartment

Designed for comfort, the apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, and everything needed for a relaxed stay.

The apartment accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 features two single beds, a TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

Bedroom 2 offers a 180 cm double bed, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

Bedroom 3 also includes a 180 cm double bed, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

The open-plan living room connects with a modern kitchen and a dining area for six guests, creating a great space to relax after a day in the city.

There are two modern bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire apartment. We will meet you in front of the building, opposite the large fountain, help with your luggage, and show you everything you need. Please note that the apartment is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by stairs only.

You're in the heart of Split, so expect some buzz from nearby bars and restaurants during the summer evenings.
You'll need to use stairs to access the penthouse, so it may not be the best fit for guests with limited mobility.
A car isn't necessary – you'll be within walking distance of Split's main sights, restaurants and the Riva promenade.
Parking can be tricky in the Old Town, so it's worth arranging it in advance if you're arriving by car.

Karlo’s place is truly phenomenal! What a beautiful space, amazing views and a can’t beat location! You are right at the water, very walkable to the Palace, plenty of restaurant choices within 5 minutes, short walk to Marjan Hill - a perfect place to stay while you experience Split! Plenty of space for our family of 6! There is also plenty of hot water - you just need to flip the switch outside the bathrooms! :)

I don’t think you’ll find a better place in split. The location was perfect, beautiful apartment and the views were the best in town.
Others have mentioned it but 1) be prepared to climb a lot of stairs (105 to be exact) and the church bell rings at 7am -very loudly.

Two couples shared this beautiful penthouse apartment and all of us loved the space as well as the view of the Riva (waterfront promonade), ocean and marina. Be aware that this is a fifth floor penthouse apartment in a building without an elevator.
Karlo was very communicative and extremely helpful in providing information and answering questions. We will definitely look for properties managed by Karlos company Excelsior Villas on our next trip to Croatia.
