My family and I ( 5 adults, 1 child, 1 baby and 1 dog) stayed at the villa for one week and I must say that we have never basically experienced a nicer host. Gordan welcomed us at the time agreed and showed us around during our stay. He explained everything, and we could always reach him via text message. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and in great condition. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. The ocean view was beautiful and the pool was warm and perfectly clean. As a result, we can highly recommend this villa with its caring owners! Thank you!

My friends and I were staying at Split one week, we rent the Villa Helena for our stay and we had a great time, also the house is beautiful, clean, well decorated, only 15 minutes by car from split, and fits perfectly to a group of 8 persons (we were 7) with all the bathrooms. So, the view from the balcony and the pool is beautiful, and the game room (with the darts and the football table) is really cool if you want to spent some time inside with your friends (our situation) or with your family. I'd like to thank our host, Gordan, who was really nice to us from beginning to end, give us some nice activities ideas and locations to do our groceries during our vacation.

We would ask guests to respect the fact that all our rooms inside the villa are no-smoking rooms. Smoking is only allowed outdoor.
Our Villa is perfectly suitable for children and families.
We are glad to welcome your four-legged friend to our Villa Rivendell Excelsior. Keep in mind that we only accept smaller pets. Please, send us inquiry for pets for approval.
We take a safety deposit of 500,00€ which we return to you on the last day of your stay upon inspecting the place for damages. Money is returned if no damage occurs.
