If you are looking for swimming in the clear sea, sunbathing on a pebble beach only 200 m away or enjoying the luxurious Villa D&D then you are in the perfect place!
The fully air-conditioned villa is ideal for 12 people, whether you are coming with family or a group of friends. The villa consists of terrace, first and second floor. Almost every room in our villa has an amazing view of the beaufitul Adriatic Sea, island of Brac and Split.
On the terrace there is a hydro-massage swimming pool of 32m2, next to which you can relax on ten deck chairs enjoying the sun. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen that includes a charcoal or wood grill and a table for ten people, above which is a pergola, if you are eager to enjoy summer night dinners in the evening
Features of Villa D&D Excelsior
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a balcony and a king size bed and other with two twin sized beds. Each bedroom is equiped with a TV and air conditioning. Two bathrooms are also located on first floor. Living room has air conditioning, smart TV next to which there is a table, and a sofa (that transforms into additional two twin sized beds) behind which is a large dining table.On both first and second floor next to the living room are two balconies with the most beautiful view. The modern kitchen with a fridge, cooking utensils, coffee machine, microwave and oven will give you complete freedom to cook and enjoy Villa D&D Excelsior.
Second floor of the villa D&D Excelsior is the same as the first floor. We have another two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big living room with a large 4K theatre like TV and a Playstation. In the bathrooms, and the facilities that Villa D&D includes will certainly be of great help such as hair dryer, washing machine and iron.

Die Ausstattung, es war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen konnte. Über Smoothie Maker, zwei Toaster bis hin zu Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Ambiente der Villa ist unglaublich. Da es am Ende einer Sackgasse ist, ist man komplett abgeschottet. Der Pool und die Innenausstattung ist genau so, wie es auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Alles sehr modern und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Eine absolute Empfehlung. Karlo, der Besitzer der Villa, ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Herr. Er gab uns sehr hilfreiche Informationen für unseren Aufenthalt, sowie Tipps für die Umgebung. Bei Problemen war Karlo immer erreichbar und konnte helfen.
Very modern, luxurious Villa in a calm neighbourhood. The Villa offers everything you need and is very well structured (in addition to the fridges in the appartments there is one next to the fireplace on the poolside which was very pratical; there are more benefits like free access to netflix...). The villa offers beautiful views over the sea and you can enjoy the sunset -even more from one of the balconies. Karlo and his family were 24/7 available for all the needs we had during our vacation, Karlo gets you special offers with much lower prices than you would encounter as a tourist, he even took us spontaneously to Omis where we went on a rafting trip ("pirate rafting",- highly recommandable).

Everything was perfect! The rooms, garden and pool were really clean and looked beautiful. The host-family was really kind! They always wanted to bring us to places with the car/van for a discount price. The communication was fast and nice. I would definitely recommend staying at their place. We had a great time.
