The Space
Your stay includes a private tennis court, basketball court and football goals, heated 100 m² swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, private ATV quads, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, EV charging, private parking, and exclusive use of the entire estate.
Large indoor and outdoor living areas make it easy to spend time together, while the private setting gives you complete freedom throughout your stay.
Guest Access
You'll have access to the entire property, including all sports facilities, spa area, and ATV quads. Every booking also includes access to the Excelsior Villas VIP services, with options such as private chefs, yacht charters, massages, chauffeurs, and local guides.

You'll definitely want a car here – the estate is wonderfully secluded, but restaurants, beaches and supermarkets require a drive.
This home is spread across multiple buildings, so larger groups can enjoy extra privacy, but you'll need to step outside to move between some spaces.
The swimming pool isn't fenced, so younger children should be supervised outdoors.
This is a countryside retreat, so expect birdsong, crickets and the occasional insect rather than the buzz of a seaside resort.
