The Villa is exactly as pictured and the photos don’t do justice to the views. Every moment in this beautiful estate is a sensory delight. I’m a busy and hardworking American and it’s not easy for me to relax. Here I found my zen… total peace is waiting for you here. Even if you fake along your entire family like I did!
The staff are incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. The cleaning services are top notch. The amenities are idyllic.
I’ve traveled quite a lot in my life. I’ve seen some of the best of what Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas have to offer, and Dubrovnik is one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. The villa was the perfect home base to relax and to launch our day trips to some astonishingly beautiful locations like old town, the blue caves, and the waterfalls just across the border.

Flawless from start to finish. Lukrecia and Maja are the finest hosts we’ve ever worked with. They arranged every detail of our stay perfectly: private chef, in-villa massages, wine tours, a yacht day, reservations, and transfers, all while handling a food allergy in our group with genuine care. They even surprised us with a gluten-free birthday cake so my friend and I could both celebrate our 50th birthdays properly.
The villa is stunning, and the photos truly don’t do it justice. The sea views are breathtaking, and the villa has everything you could ever need.
